  Mike is a former Farm Manager living in rural Kent ‘The Garden of England’ with over 22 years’ experience as a nutrition agronomist, providing advice to growers & farmers throughout the UK and Ireland across a range of crops. Mike developed a passion for growing healthy crops produced with the resilience to overcome environmental pressures, with a particular interest in adopting sustainable best practice farming techniques to support the global security for the future of our food, which in turn, promotes a positive contribution toward combating climate change.

  Kate has worked in the fresh produce industry for over ten years, covering areas including retail, quality, sustainability and innovation. She has worked closely with growers, using her knowledge of plant physiology and agronomy to engineer solutions to specific industry challenges. Fascinated by science and ecology, Kate has a special interest in sustainable farming practices.
